Antiseptic Solution Concentrate 1:500. Nylmerate. Nylmerate (A brand of phenylmercuric acetate) 0.2% in a buffered solvent of alcohol (SDA-23A) 50% acetone 10% and De-Ionized water q.s., added certified color with pH adjusted to 4.9. Caution: Federal law prohibits dispensing without prescription. Manufactured in the U.S.A. by Holland-Rantos Co. Inc., Piscataway, N.J. 08854.
