Antique Newel Post Painted White This newel post was painted white and has been cut down.  Someone had turned it into a lamp, hence the hole on top and groove on the bottom for a cord. The newel post has some simple but pretty details on it. Approximately 6 1/2″ square and 20 1/2″ tall   Please note that vintage items are sold “as is” and as found.  Items have not been cleaned.
