Instrupak – Humid Transport Pouches – Pack of 50

Description The InstruPak, is designed and manufactured to maintain dental and surgical instruments in a moist state after use, thus preventing the drying of bio-contamination on the instrument. On completion of the procedure, the contaminated instruments are placed in the InstruPak pouch where they remain until they are presented for cleaning (Up to 7 Days). Pack of 50 pouches. The InstruPak pouches are manufactured under ISO.9001.2088 quality systems. The finished product is a film – viscose – film sandwich which will allow a range of tray and cassette sizes: Small, Half Din (18×14 Tray size) and Din (28×18 Tray size) to be used Add a small amount of water (20ml) to the pouch, the pouch is then sealed this generates a moist, humid environment throughout the pouch, preventing instruments from drying out prior to reprocessing. Eliminates the need for pre-treatment soaks or gels whilst also maintaining a moist environment for a much longer time (7 days.)
